Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is now seeking some professionals to
fill the following position. Ideal candidates, should be Indonesian, who are
strong qualified personality with excellent leadership, managerial, and
interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is an
important prerequisite.

Position                : Accounting
Officer (ACC-NO)
Reporting
to       :  National Accountant
Based in               :  National
office - Jakarta

Functional Summary
Accounting Officer (ACC-NO) will be required to provide financial statement and
analysis . This position will work closely with the Program Officer, Branch
Finance and Accounting Officer-Branch Office.  ACC-NO will also be required to provide
support to Branch Finance and Accounting Officer.
ACC-NO will also be required to coordinate and take on additional
tasks that might emerge.

Key Responsibilities
·         Reviewing daily
branch & NO transactions
·         Get involved in
monthly closing process
·         Reconciliation of
all Balance Sheet account
·         Preparing Grant /
Donor Report
·         Preparing Budget
versus actual and management report with its analyze
·         Conducting Stock
Opname, surprised audit and branch visit
·         Qualifications and experience
Requirement,
·         S1 Accounting
Degree
·         Experiences as
accountant minimum 2 years but no more than 4 years.
·         Microsoft excel
intermediate level user
·         Willing to travel
to branches and temporary relocation if needed
·         Have knowledge of
Indonesia Taxation will be advantage
·         Knowledge of
Accounting software (SUN system & Vision  / SUN 6 will be advantage)
·         Audit experience
will be advantage
